Revision dated September 4, 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules apply on Banda.mobi, in the Telegram Mini App, the bot, and all in-game communication areas. The Operator is Banda.mobi; Administration means the Operator and its authorized staff. The game is only for persons aged 18 or older. By creating an account, a Player accepts the Rules; prices, timers, rewards, and consequences are shown before an action.
2. Account and access
2.1. Players are responsible for their password, device, session, and Telegram access. Selling, gifting, or transferring an account, or impersonating another player or staff member, is prohibited. Misleading nicknames using “Admin,” “Moderator,” “Support,” “System,” “Banda,” or imitations are not allowed. Linked accounts may be closed when used to evade a permanent sanction.
3. Fair play
3.1. All actions must use the standard interface. Modified clients, automation, hacking, password guessing, malicious software or instructions, deliberate exploitation of bugs, evasion of limits or sanctions, and excessive automated requests are prohibited. A discovered bug must not be repeated and should be reported to Support; any benefit obtained from it may be reversed.
4. Communications and user content
4.1. The Rules apply to chat, private messages, forums, profiles, and gang names. Spam, unauthorized external advertising, fraud, targeted insults, harassment, real-life threats, disclosure of another person’s data, discrimination, incitement to violence, and unlawful content are prohibited. Players may criticize the game and specific features, but may not insult staff or target their personal qualities. Masking profanity does not permit abuse.
5. Game resources and external deals
5.1. Cash, green currency, loot, authority, items, keys, and other resources exist only in the game. They may not be cashed out, sold, or purchased with accounts or boosting for external value. Administration does not enforce or reimburse external arrangements. The gang treasury is a shared in-game balance, and contributions may be used only through supported game actions.
6. Game outcomes
6.1. Raids, fights, districts, tournaments, random rewards, and the possibility of robbing a ready point are part of gameplay. A Player may lose a resource when that result is shown before the action. A normal loss, random outcome, or ranking change is not a technical error. A confirmed technical failure may be corrected by restoring the result or giving proportionate compensation.
7. Reports and review
7.1. Use the built-in report button for messages and contact Support or hi@banda.mobi for other content. Review begins after a report, an automated signal, or staff detection. Repeated baseless reports may temporarily restrict reporting. An automated communication restriction can be submitted for human review.
8. Sanctions
8.1. Administration may hide or delete content, change a prohibited nickname, temporarily restrict communications or login, or close access permanently. The measure depends on severity, repetition, impact, and account history; a serious violation may lead directly to a permanent block. The Player is informed of the reason and duration of an active sanction.
9. Appeals
9.1. A sanction may be appealed through Support by providing the nickname or profile link, the disputed decision, and the reason for disagreement. An authorized person reviews the decision, which may be upheld, changed, or cancelled. An appeal does not automatically suspend the sanction while review is pending.
10. Rule changes and contacts
10.1. The current version is published at Banda.mobi/rules. Administration announces material changes in game news and may ask Players to accept a new version. Requests are accepted through Support and at hi@banda.mobi. If translations differ, the Russian version governs unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
